Now that 2015 is fully in swing here are my goals for the year.....
This year I will be careful in love. I may find my perfect someone this year and I may not. But either way, I will keep myself open to new people and experiences and always hold my head up high and know that I have always been honest.
I will definitely be keeping myself busy this year. I want to finally ditch my agency work and find something with more stability. I will myself a specific time frame where I will make my cv and covering letter look as perfect as possible. I am also going to be doing a lot more blog posts and make more videos for my youtube channel. So do stay tuned if you enjoy my writing and content :)
A part of me has been a bit of a social recluse over the last few years or so. This year, I will try to be less of a home body and try to go out more and live more in the moment. When I do go out, I will not be holding on to my phone and iPad as if they are my life support.
I want to be fitter and healthier. I don't want to become a gym bunny but just be the best me that I can be. I want to focus on exercise and diet. Last year I started going to the gym regularly but due to an annoying thing known as plantar fasciitis I could not continue. This year, I will be good to myself; I will be eating good, healthy food and working out about three to four times a week.
Every year I like to do something that is a bit different. I'd like to travel somewhere new. I may go and check out some of the things in own city as well. Explore the arts, see different exhibitions in galleries and check out the museums. Will definitely be hitting the parks in the spring/ summer time as well.
So am hoping that 2015 will be a healthy year for me with a lot of hard work. Of course, I cannot predict the future and somewhere along the line my focus might get diverted. But this year, I am not going to be making any big, grand promises to myself. I did that last year. Instead this year, I will just try to be the best version of me that I can be and hope for the best. I wish everyone the best with their new year's resolutions.
